We are seeking an energetic and organized Events Assistant to support the coordination and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure all event operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients before and during events
Support with setting up and breaking down event spaces
Maintain event materials, schedules, and inventories
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and service at all times
Respond to last-minute changes and troubleshoot event issues
Qualifications
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
