This is not a “wait to be told what to do” role. We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, sees what needs to happen before being asked, and executes at a high level without constant oversight. This role is critical to helping our branch continue building relationships, growing brand presence, supporting recruiting efforts, and maintaining the high-performance culture we’ve worked hard to build. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute Realtor education events, recruiting events, team events, and community events • Manage event logistics from planning through execution • Book venues and coordinate vendor relationships • Coordinate catering, signage, materials, and event setup details • Manage event budgets and ensure organized execution within budget expectations • Work alongside internal marketing and RSVP teams to ensure successful event coordination • Help create polished, high-level experiences for Realtors, recruits, clients, and team members • Maintain strong communication with vendors, leadership, and internal teams throughout the planning process • Track timelines, deadlines, and event details with strong attention to detail • Help strengthen Realtor relationships and support recruiting initiatives through exceptional event execution • Support a high-performance culture through organization, professionalism, responsiveness, and urgency Qualifications: • Hospitality, event planning, marketing coordination, or related experience preferred • Real estate or mortgage industry experience preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs proactively • Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure • Competitive mindset with strong accountability and follow-through • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a high sense of urgency Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
