    As our Community & Client Experience Manager, your mission is to ensure that every person who interacts with Modern Law—whether they are a client in crisis, a referral partner, or a member of the Arizona community—feels the "Modern Law Difference." You aren't just an event planner; you are a brand architect and a relationship builder. You will bridge the gap between our legal expertise and the community, creating an ecosystem of support, trust, and advocacy. You will own the "human side" of our growth, ensuring our reputation is as strong as our legal strategy. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Your success will be measured by the strength of our professional network, the happiness of clients, and our visibility in the Arizona community. Referral & Professional NetworkingNurture the Network: Actively manage and grow our list of referral partners (therapists, financial planners, and other attorneys). • The "Thank You" Economy: Create and execute a consistent system for thanking and updating referral sources so they feel like part of the Modern Law team. • Strategic Outreach: Identify and "warm up" new potential partners through coffee meetings, firm tours, and collaborative opportunities. Event Strategy & ExecutionThe "Modern" Event Series: Plan and host a variety of events, from educational webinars and CLEs to high-end mixers and community fundraisers. • Logistics Mastery: Handle everything from venue selection and catering to RSVP tracking and post-event follow-up. • Community Presence: Represent Modern Law at local Arizona events, trade shows, and non-profit galas. The Client Experience (CX)Experience Audits: Walk the "client path" regularly. Is our lobby welcoming? Is our follow-up empathetic? You will identify and fix friction points. • Review Generation: Lead the initiative to capture client stories. You will be responsible for hitting monthly targets for 5-star Google and Avvo reviews. • Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison for clients to ensure they feel heard and supported throughout their "comeback story." Qualifications: To ensure we attract the "best of the best," these sections need to move away from dry, corporate bullet points and toward ownership and outcomes. However, to thrive in this role, you’ll need: • The "People" Factor: You have a high EQ (Emotional Intelligence). You can navigate a room of high-powered attorneys and a room of stressed-out parents with equal grace. • Experience: 3+ years in high-touch relationship roles—think Fundraising, Upscale Hospitality, Event Planning, or Community Organizing.Project Management: You are obsessed with checklists. You can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball. • Communication: You are a clear, direct, and "very human" communicator. You can write a compelling thank-you note and a professional event brief. • The Modern Law Spark: You don't just want a job; you want to be part of a movement to change family law. You are brave enough to try new things and optimistic enough to believe they'll work. • Local Knowledge: Deep roots or a strong understanding of the Arizona professional and philanthropic landscape is a massive plus. Compensation: $65,000+
