As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating event logistics, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Support sales activities before, during, and after events
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Help manage event materials, setups, and breakdowns
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations
Assist with lead tracking and basic sales reporting
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
