    Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, activations, and in-person brand engagements

    • Support sales initiatives including lead follow-up, client communication, and presentation preparation

    • Maintain organized event schedules, materials, and documentation

    • Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency

    • Collaborate with internal teams to support project goals and client requirements

    • Conduct basic research and gather insights to support outreach and sales strategies

    • Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking
