This role is crucial in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events aimed at promoting our products and services, while also contributing to our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling them to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception through to completion.
• Support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining client relationships.
• Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and event budgets.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in events coordination and sales support.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
