We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the coordination of real estate events, client presentations, and sales operations. This role is vital to enhancing our client outreach, organizing impactful events, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, open houses, and client presentations.
Support the sales team with lead generation, client follow-up, and scheduling.
Maintain event materials, track attendance, and manage logistics.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and promotional materials.
Ensure all events reflect the brand standards of Property Soar.
Participate in local networking opportunities to promote company services.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of experience in events coordination, sales support, or a customer-facing role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
