    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, open houses, and client presentations.

    • Support the sales team with lead generation, client follow-up, and scheduling.

    • Maintain event materials, track attendance, and manage logistics.

    • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

    • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and promotional materials.

    • Ensure all events reflect the brand standards of Property Soar.

    • Participate in local networking opportunities to promote company services.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 1+ year of experience in events coordination, sales support, or a customer-facing role

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High attention to detail and time management abilities

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
