We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events and Sales Assistant to support our event planning and sales efforts. You will help coordinate promotional events, support sales initiatives, and ensure seamless experiences for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and campaigns
Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up
Represent the brand during public events, conferences, and product showcases
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners for event logistics
Set up and break down event materials and displays
Maintain accurate records of event outcomes, leads, and sales performance
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
Help track inventory and promotional materials
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in events, promotions, or sales-related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Willingness to travel locally for events
Energetic attitude and willingness to learn
Professional appearance and demeanor
