    EverLine Coatings and Services is looking for a full-time Crew Manager who is a hard worker, reliable, with excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team of people. EverLine is a full-service parking lot maintenance company specializing in asphalt repair, crack filling, sealcoating, and line striping.

    Job brief

    We are looking for a Crew Manager to oversee and manage a team of technicians who perform daily parking lot maintenance duties. This person will drive company vehicles and maintain equipment. This person will also perform parking lot maintenance duties as required. (Asphalt repair, sealcoating, line striping and crack filling.)

    The Crew Manager is responsible for weekly scheduling of projects and informing team of schedule, managing people, and performing task along with team to complete the project to completion per the scope of work. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

    Ultimately, you will help our company grow and thrive all while encouraging and managing the team.

    Responsibilities

    ● Oversee day-to-day operations, schedule, equipment, and Pavement Maintenance Technicians

    ● Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

    ● Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

    ● Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

    ● Use equipment to perform asphalt repairs, line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoating.

    Requirements and skills

    ● Proven experience managing a team of people

    ● Experience in planning, problem solving, and having a positive attitude

    ● Knowledge of minor equipment

    ● Strong analytical ability

    ● Excellent communication skills
