Indy Pavement Services (IPS) is a new pavement services company serving the north Indianapolis suburbs. We specialize in parking lot repair, safety, and striping. We want every parking lot we service to be safe, valuable, and aesthetically excellent. We're on a mission to be the one-stop shop for pavement in the state of Indiana. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a team of technicians efficiently and with attentive leadership

Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
