EverLine Coatings and Services, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Pavement Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in our Louisville market. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a hard working and detail oriented leader to successfully launch and support our growing franchisee network.

Job brief

We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Foreman for our Louisville crew. As the Pavement Maintenance Foreman, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a full time position with seasonality slow downs expected from December - February (hours will vary). Typical working hours (March-November) are 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required.

Pavement Maintenance Foreman responsibilities include managing a crew of up to 3 technicians and oversee the jobs, staff, reporting, and equipment maintenance for that crew. To be successful in this role, you should be a confident decision maker, helping your crew get jobs done on schedule at a high-quality level and within budget. A successful Pavement Maintenance Foreman will also have good problem solving skills and a desire to persevere in times of challenge.

Responsibilities

Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack-filling, asphalt repair, sealcoating, concrete repair, power washing, epoxy flooring and more

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Oversee crew of up to three on the job site

Additional tasks as required

Requirements and Skills

· Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar leadership role

A valid Kentucky driver’s license with a clean driving record is required and a reliable mode of transportation

You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently unsupervised

Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

An Engineering educational background is an asset

WHAT WE OFFER

· Base salary range: $58,000 to $62,000 based on experience

· PTO · 401k Retirement Plan
