Are you ready to make an impact?We are seeking a Crew Lead for our North Atlanta crew.As the Crew Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a full time position(40-50hrs per week) with daytime, weekends, nights, and overtime work required to accommodate our customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO• You will be responsible for a small crew.• Training crew members• Overseeing equipment is properly maintained.• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more.• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.• Documenting and Communicating job status daily with management.• Responsible for maintaining a safe, hazard-free job site.• Additional tasks as required.WHAT YOU BRING• A valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation• You are self-motivated, critical thinker that enjoys problem solving• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)• Ability to work well independently unsupervised• Positive, Can do attitude and willingness to engage with our customers• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset• An Engineering educational background is an assetWHAT WE OFFER• Competitive wages and a flexible working schedule (including opportunities to travel)• Medical and Dental Insurance• Paid Personal Days• Paid Holidays• Annual Bonus based on job and company performance• A challenging, fun atmosphere with a great team• Opportunities to advance in the companyEverLine is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
