    Job Description

    We are seeking a Healthcare Call Center Reps for our client in Rocky River! RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries involving medical billing
    • Provide information
    • Taking payments
    • Making sure insurance has been billed
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service required (call center, retail, restaurant etc)
    • Previous health care, medical billing, medical collections experience a plus!
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • PAY RATE - $15-16/hr plus bonuses
    • Thorough training
    • Flexible schedules - choose your schedule between 8:30am-6pm
