Sales - Account Manager DYNAMIC SALES OPPORTUNITY

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build & manage trusted relationships with prospects and producers.
• Develop a complete knowledge base of Insurance carriers and their product offerings.
• Develop and pursue professional, team, and personal goals.
• Support writing advisors including the handling of incoming calls, returning emails or voicemails and working with other internal supporting teams as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• No direct sales experience necessary; we will train the right candidate!
• Competitive and motivated
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Effective organizational, analytical, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Closing Skills are a must.
