    Everview is seeking a Production Support Specialist to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services!

    $16.00 - $21.00 to start based on experience

    Position Summary:

    Production Support Specialist duties include providing administrative support for Operations leadership for duties as assigned and necessary. Maintains daily job ticket status by entering, updating in system. Ensures system reflects accurate job status. Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed by Operations leadership. Reports directly to Director of Operations. Provides front desk coverage as required.

    Key Duties /Responsibilities:

    Attends daily operations status meetings.

    Provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to leadership.

    Reviews job status in meeting to record late jobs with reason late amended to system.

    Interfaces with department managers to resolve job status issues.

    Updates system to reflect accurate job status.

    Research jobs that require special requirements as needed / requested by leadership.

    Produce monthly SLA report with jobs identified as late or on-time for monthly metrics.

    Acts as a backup for front desk in answering calls, managing facility entry, and attending to visitors.

    Monitors system to identify and locate missing or invalid jobs showing reflecting late status.

    Offers continuous improvement suggestions where needed.

    Complies and submits spreadsheet reports and updates of research conducted as directed by leadership

    Other duties as assigned.

    Employment Requirements:

    Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, ( ** Associate degree in Business Management/Administration or related discipline preferred** ). Two years of industry related experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite or equivalent.

    Soft Skills Desired:

    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to understand production process and procedures.
