Job Description

Team Member The team member position is ideal for students or individuals that are looking to balance other commitments with a part-time job. There is availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within this position. Pay: Starting pay range for this position is $7.25-$12 an hour. This position does receive tips. Tips are dependable upon customer contribution and hours worked. Probational Period: All team members will undergo a 30-90 day probational period. Any team member under performing during his time period will be subject to termination. Responsibilities for the team member position include; * Have impeccable customer service * Be dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts * Recognize the needs of the store in regard to operations, cleanliness, and sales performance * Have excellent food preparation and handling skills * Takes regular inventory of the store products and supplies * Respects the health and safety of employees and customers * Communicates well with fellow employees and is an overall team player * Willing to go above and beyond to make a customer's experience remarkable.
