The fabrication department is responsible for the building of our custom frames, the stretching of the canvas over the frame, order verification, adding hardware, packaging and shipment of all our finished quality products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pay close attention to printed materials for imperfections or mistakes.
• Stretching of canvas.
• Adding hardware to finished product.
• Packaging of product and also shipping of the finished product.
• Communicate directly with Production Manager to assure correct workflow.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to accurately read and use measuring stick to assure correct cuts
• Exceptional time-management skills and capability of meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift in excess of 25 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, and turning movements
• Ability to carry out frequent reaching, pushing and pulling motions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable daily transportation
• Cell phone
• Positive attitude/work ethic, willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• High School Degree or Equivalent Education
