Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant-Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and staffing team by answering and directing telephone and mail correspondence
- Data input to include; scheduling, payroll verification, new hires and change of employee statuses
- Track and maintain documentation relating to licenses, certifications, employment and payroll matters
- Perform other office tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Proficiency using Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
