We are seeking an intern to work with the Higher Ed team to assist with implementation of our online education for students and faculty/staff, which reaches over 5,000,000 learners at 1,700 colleges and greek organizations each year. We are looking for an individual with good organizational skills who wants to work in a dynamic, team-oriented culture. The successful candidate will be able to balance a variety of tasks on any given day, be a quick learner, creative thinker and possess strong writing and analytical skills. Those who are looking to add a wide array of experiences to their resume will excel in this role. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Provide administrative support to the Higher Ed Customer Success, Prevention Education, and Sales teams Create training materials and support resources for external partners and internal team members Organize and analyze customer health data to provide insights into success and risk factors Research critical business-related competitors and new business opportunities Contribute ideas for enhancements to the onboarding and implementation process Qualifications/Requirements: Good organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate instructions and solutions concisely and succinctly Resourcefulness and strong work ethic Ability to follow-through and deliver responses to internal requests as well and specific customer requests in a timely manner EVERFI appreciates your interest in our company as a place of employment.
