We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Painted Post, NY Manufactured Home Community. This person is responsible for daily operations of the community; curb appeal, maintaining and increasing occupancy and filling vacancies, rent collection, evictions, leasing, rule compliance, resident relations, overseeing maintenance, supervising service providers, and ensuring the security of the community. Responsibilities: • Collecting rents, posting rents, bank deposits, delinquencies, evictions • Coordinate and oversee on-site operations, including vendor relationships, contractor workmanship • Assist in the establishment of rental rates by surveying local rental rates • Facilitate move-in and move-out processes for tenants/residents • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate new qualified leads • Daily property tours and rule enforcement • Supervision of the maintenance staff • On-call for after-hours emergencies Qualifications: • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with residents and prospective residents • Residential property management experience preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with no major violations • Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Great team management skills • Ability to motivate staff and meet goals Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
