    We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant with growth opportunity for our manufactured home community office. This position if full-time. The duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to the community manager and other staff members while assisting with daily operational duties and managing the general administrative aspects of the office. This includes facilitating the goal of reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, helping to collect 100% of rent and fees in a timely manner, conducting site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with community home standards, ensuring the community office is maintained per the community standards and completing required reporting by requested deadlines. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain community relationships • Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through with prospects and applicants • Actively participate in the marketing of the community to maximize occupancy • Follow up and report on delinquencies for specific residents as required • Ensure customers/residents receive a high level of service • Respond promptly to resident and guest inquiries • Enforce community rules and standards • Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent and legally permitted to work in the US • Minimum of 1 year experience in the property management industry • Must work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments • Work honestly with integrity and be adaptable to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills • Basic computer proficiency including email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using ManageAmerica a plus • Knowledge of basic accounting principles Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
