Part-Time Maintenance Handyman If you are an experienced Hands-On Maintenance Handyman looking for part-time work, we'd love to talk to you!  We are looking for someone who is willing and able to efficiently tackle tasks independently as needed.  Responsibilities: • Electrical repairs • Plumbing repairs • Painting • Lawn maintenance and landscaping • Occasional minor construction • Other various maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: • Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to work safely and cautiously • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds • High school degree or equivalent Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
