    We are looking for an experienced hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You must be a team player who is willing to work under the supervision of the on-site community manager on a daily basis, but also willing and able to efficiently tackle tasks independently when necessary. 24 hours/week. Responsibilities: • Maintain the appearance/curb appeal of the community • General and grounds maintenance • Mowing and landscaping during warmer months, snow removal and salting/sanding roads and sidewalks during winter months • Mechanical, plumbing and basic electrical • Maintain and diagnose equipment malfunctions • Light carpentry/rehab and repairs to rental homes • Underground water and sewer line repairs • Flexible schedule and rotating on-call weekends for emergencies Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in all areas of maintenance required • Experience in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, snow plowing, landscaping, mowing, weed eating, knowledge of zero turn mower, ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, carpentry, structural elements, framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently while under the supervision of the property manager • Knowledge of safety procedures and be willing to work safely and cautiously • High school degree or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license required • Must undergo a mandatory background check Compensation: $18.50 hourly
