Responsibilities include: • Maintaining leasing data • Scheduling staff • Showing homes • Assisting in the community • Rental deposits • Organizing paperwork and transaction contracts • Scheduling appointments You’ll also be in charge of office supplies orders when necessary, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: • Be dependable, well-spoken, and able to write in a professional business style • Welcome residents and new prospects with excellent customer service • Able to tour properties for inspections and repair assessments • Timely answer phones, respond to inquiries, process rental applications • Show homes to prospects, note property upkeep standards • Coordinate maintenance scheduling with regional manager oversight • Beautify property and a willingness to be hands-on • Handle monthly water and sewer charges and resident account follow-up • Coordinate projects from bidding to completion to payment processing Qualifications: • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required Compensation: $46,000 yearly
