Individual will report to the Owner/CEO. This is not a typical office setting. We are a small, close-knit, customer-oriented team. Our office environment is friendly, helpful and professional.

Full-time position is available for bright, take-charge, problem-anticipating/problem-solving, customer-focused individual who likes a challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Run leads for company
• Door-to-door sales
• Deliver in-home sales presentations
• Build Company's referral base
• Explain construction process to homeowner
• Manage your sales pipeline
• Facilitate new online homeowner reviews
• Comfortable working outside
• Attend weekly training seminars
• Attend industry training events
• Communicate problems while seeking solutions
