We need an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need a legal assistant with strong administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: • Empathetic communication skills with a positive attitude • Great ability to multi-task and prioritize work at the front desk • Draft legally sound documents; process matters with discretion and confidentiality • Prepare conference and meeting room areas for client and potential client appointments • Greet all guests cheerfully and kindly when they call or come to our office suite • Be able to multi-task continuously and with the ability to switch gears quickly • Assist legal team with documentation and photocopying/appointment setting/support as needed Qualifications: • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills • Ability to learn quickly and seek solutions • Professional and mature demeanor • Strong interpersonal skills • Able to work as a team player • Ability to overcome situational frustration with clients or sensitive matters • Strict adherence to confidentiality policies for clients and the FirmUpload a cover letter and resume.
