    Evergreen Family Medicine is committed to providing excellent care for your family with clinics in Roseburg and Myrtle Creek Oregon. Evergreen Family Medicine serves outpatient needs, including Urgent Care, Family Practice, Women’s Health, Occupational Health, and school-based telehealth.

    Job Summary: Responsible for providing general, clerical and administrative services as directed by the Occupational Clinic Manager and the Medical Review Officer. The OH MRO Assistant is also charged with phone and email communications with local HR departments regarding workplace drug testing and results. Effectively communicating with employees regarding testing process and completion.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Reviewing and verifying legal documentation as it pertains to drug free workplace testing policies • Maintaining legal confidentiality according to all State & Federal guidelines • Maintaining accurate MRO records as required by State & Federal guidelines • Facilitating collections for companies with outside recruits • Assisting companies with the Pre-Employment process and FMCSA regulations • Maintains a positive working relationship with all contracted companies • Supports and educates OH staff members as necessary for accurate collections • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent • Comprehensive understanding of 40 CFR part 49 regulations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills. Physical requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; and reach forward with hands and arms. • The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
