    Position Overview:

    This position will utilize cloud-based CRM software to document, organize, and schedule all incoming calls for new equipment install requests. Will contact existing and prospective customers to set up in home appointment with 3 Energy Consultants in Snohomish and King Counties. Works daily with Sales Manager and Energy Consultants to keep track of sales status and document necessary follow up.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

    Answer phones and distribute inbound calls

    Return calls and email requests for in home estimates. Schedule accordingly.

    Work closely with Sales Manager to document appts and qualify calls for prospective customers.

    Dispatch and keep track of calendars for up to 3 sales people.

    Assist Energy Consultants with administrative duties during and after the sale. Includes processing financing and rebate paperwork with the local utility, set up post install walkthrough paperwork, and closing out job jackets.

    May be asked to assist with timecard verification, invoicing, and collections

    Weekly Sales Meetings: attend and participate in weekly sales meetings with staff including company owner.

    Requirements:

    Highly personable, friendly phone skills

    Organized & Detail Oriented

    People & Team Oriented

    Strong communication skills

    Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

    Ability to stay calm and collected with busy phone system and fast paced office

    Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

    Hours are flexible, no weekends, 9am start time, routinely 24-30 hours a week depending on season. Depending on experience there may be other in office duties that will allow for 40 hours a week if desired.
