WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team. We are looking for a contributor who is excited and eager to represent Everlance Business to prospects and new business customers, generating pipeline opportunities for the sales team. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat attitude to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Previous sales development experience
Experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
A history of meeting or exceeding monthly goals
A passion for sales and the sales process
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, confident and resilient
Results driven & curious nature
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication preferred
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Leverage prospecting tools to run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Everlance provides.
Develop create outreach campaigns to get the attention of Everlance Business customers
Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Hubspot so as to stay current on leads and follow-ups
Acquire an expert knowledge of Everlance
Perform both cold and warm outreach to potential clients; qualify prospects to develop pipeline
Leverage internal marketing materials to engage target executives/organizations
Strategically plan account penetration
Be a key player in weekly meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins
Observe AE’s in meetings and other activities to learn the skills you will need for your next role on the Everlance sales team.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings and pipeline generated
Collaborate with the B2B marketing team, product and engineering teams to share insights on how we can better market and develop the product
