Job Description

We are seeking a night time Warehouse HR Manager to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for our company.

HOURS: 5:30PM - 6:30AM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Develop workforce strategies and recruit and warehouse/production workers
• Payroll and location management
• Help with employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales, general management, or warehouse/production management.
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Decent knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities
