    Everspring, a leading provider of education technology and service solutions, is seeking a Vice President of Fee for Service Digital Media who will provide strategic direction for the Fee for Service Digital Media department, aligning efforts with the overall business objectives of university.

    Leading the transition of the organization from a revenue share arrangement to a fee-for-service model for digital media services will be one of your key responsibilities, as well as developing and implementing innovative digital media strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI for university clients. You are a team player with significant experience in managing through influence and collaborating with key stakeholders and creative partners.

    This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with 2 days required in-the-office every week.

    How that comes to life:

    • Oversee the operational aspects of the Fee for Service Digital Media department, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project management.
    • Develop and optimize internal processes and procedures to streamline digital media campaign execution and performance analysis.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management and Optimization

    • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the creation and execution of comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
    • Work closely with digital media managers and specialists to ensure effective campaign management, monitoring, and optimization.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

    Testing, Innovation, and Emerging Technologies

    • Drive continuous testing and experimentation within digital media channels to optimize targeting, bidding, and content strategies.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the Fee for Service Digital Media team, encouraging creative thinking and bold initiatives to drive operational excellence.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, Client Engagement, and Partner Marketing teams to align digital media initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
    • Partner with Client Engagement and Partner Marketing teams to manage client relationships, understand client goals, and address partner needs.
    • Work cross-functionally to integrate digital media initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies.

    Team Leadership and Development

    • Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to the Fee for Service Digital Media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Build and develop a talented team of digital media professionals, empowering them to achieve their full potential and drive departmental success.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks to drive results and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital media planning, buying, and optimization.
    • Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in digital media, with experience managing large-scale campaigns and budgets.
    • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising tools and platform including: advanced proficiency with Facebook Power Editor, AdEspresso, Hootsuite, AdWords, and other relevant technologies.
    • Deep understanding of the evolving digital media landscape including: emerging trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
