Real estate is complex and often the largest investment one will make in their lifetime, which is why we set out to simplify the process. As an Every Door Real Estate Broker, you'll spend your time working with clients, not finding them. Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License (or in process of completing the course work) • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends • Familiarity with the area real estate market • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Show excellent attention to detail • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills • Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car to showings and closings Compensation: $100,000+
