    Are you passionate about helping progressives, unions and nonprofits succeed? Do you have a good understanding of organizing, fundraising, advocacy and using engagement tools to support nonprofits and campaigns?  Do you have a knack for helping people solve problems?

    If so, we’d love to talk to you about joining the EveryAction team.

    As a member of our client services team, you will serve on the front line of support for Democratic campaigns, parties, PACs, and progressive nonprofits using our tools.

    Our staff aren’t just people who do support or training, they are expert practitioners who make our clients more effecting in their social missions.  The position will work out of our DC office, alongside an experienced team that is already supporting great clients like the Democratic Party, DCCC, labor unions, Greenpeace, Planned Parenthood, NAACP, Everytown, Victory Fund, Union of Concerned Scientists, Comic Relief and United Nations Foundation.

    Social mission is at the core of what we do, and we're looking for people who love our clients (and their causes) as much as we do.

    • You have used EveryAction, VAN, Votebuilder, or other CRM software, extensively as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
    • You are passionate about progressive causes, and good technology, and are willing to work with lots of different orgs who need our help.
    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and run towards a person with a problem instead of running away.
    • You’re invigorated by working in an agile, creative, quick-paced, and collaborative environment;
    • You enjoy working across cross-functional teams to get the job done.
    • You’re detail-oriented, great at following up and don’t let things slip through the cracks.

    BONUS POINTS

    • Previous experience teaching or training, including activities such as mentoring, tutoring and/or software support.
    • Experience in customer relations or an equivalent field, though not required, is valued;
    • You have an established network in the campaign or nonprofit technology world.
    • You have familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

    The position is in either our Washington, DC office or our Boston office, located in Somerville, MA.
