    NGP VAN & EveryAction is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a member of the Sales Coordinator team, you will work with the sales team across both brands, helping research new candidates and organizations, and working closely with the sales team to close deals and get clients setup quickly. This person should be prepared to work cross functionally with other teams in a fast-paced environment

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Work closely with a passionate and growing sales team in our Washington, DC office to reach company revenue goals
    • Manage technology needed to track research, election results, and lead generation
    • Become an expert on your research territory, and be the go to person for sales staff and leadership on election questions
    • Collaborate with a wide array of NGP VAN staff to exceed each client's expectations
    • Thrive in a fast-growing, start-up culture while balancing several tasks at once
    • Have hands on role with key, long-term projects while providing efficient and exceptional client service on a daily basis
    • Take constructive feedback and also be a teacher when needed
    • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
    • Put your experience to work devising new and exciting ways we can serve our clients
    • Embrace the mission of NGP VAN on a daily basis

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU:

    • Demonstrated and passionate interest in Democratic political campaigns and progressive issues
    • Exceptional online research skills; familiarity with candidate filings research a plus
    • A passion for problem-solving, logistics, best practices, and data-driven decision-making
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and subsequently present findings to all levels within the company
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a proven organizational system
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well as a member of a team and individually take initiative on projects
    • A keen interest in changing Democratic politics for the better -- and a nagging curiosity about how to use NGP VAN’s innovative tools to make that change happen
    • Experience with NGP VAN and EveryAction product suite or Salesforce CRM a plus
