Job Description

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to work on our Support Team to assist our client system administrators, track reported problems, and answer questions about system functionality. As a member of our client services team you will serve on the front line of support for Democratic campaigns, parties, PACs, and progressive organizations using our software. Not only will you be supporting our clients with your exceptional customer-service skills, but you’ll also be conducting web-based customer training, getting new customers up and running with our software, assist our client system administrators, track reported problems, and answer questions about system functionality. This position will also be providing advanced training for eligible system users and assist with front-end testing of new features and functionalities. This position could be located in our DC office, Boston office, or remote.

Your Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in progressive causes
• Experience with a NGP VAN database on a political campaign, labor union or membership site
• The ability to work in an agile, creative, quick-paced, and collaborative environment
• Experience in customer relations or an equivalent field
• Some familiarity with MS Access, MS SQL Server, writing SQL queries or HTML a bonus

Beyond these requirements, experience with politics, labor unions, or non-profit organizations is highly valued.
