    Store Design Lead

Everytable is on a mission to transform the food system to make fresh, nutritious food affordable and accessible to everyone, everywhere. We are a VC-backed social enterprise headquartered in Los Angeles, and after closing our Series B funding round, we’re laying the foundation for rapid national expansion. Our innovative business model has been featured in The New York Times, CNBC, Shark Tank, Fast Company, Forbes, etc. because it’s unlike any other food business. It all starts with our central kitchen where chefs prepare meals efficiently and allow us to price our menu according to what each community can afford. Our ready-to-eat meals are then delivered through a variety of channels: grab-and-go storefronts, home delivered subscriptions, SmartFridges vending machines and institutional food service partnerships. We’re passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve through food access, as well as economic empowerment. We’re looking for team members who are both mission and results driven to help us make the world a more equitable place.

As Everytable’s Store Design Lead, you would be responsible for the look and feel of 40+ stores we plan to open in the next two years. We spent the last few months working on a refreshed store design and now we’re looking for a well-connected retail/restaurant designer to own the last mile of the project: design execution. Our build outs are minimal compared to a traditional restaurant (no kitchen, no cooking on-site), compact (250 - 1,400 SF), with a modest development budget (250K-275K.) That said, our goal is to leave a lasting impression on our guests as they step into a concept unlike they’ve ever seen - minimalist, yet warm and inviting, fast and convenient with world-class hospitality, serving read-to-eat, packaged meals that look and taste better than any ‘fast food.’ If you’re excited about the challenge of executing a world-class, elegant design on a modest budget, you’d love to talk to you.
