    Everytable is on a mission to transform the food system to make fresh, nutritious food affordable and accessible to everyone, everywhere. We are a VC-backed social enterprise headquartered in Los Angeles, and after closing our Series B funding round, we’re laying the foundation for rapid national expansion.

    Our innovative business model has been featured in The New York Times, CNBC, Shark Tank, Fast Company, Forbes, etc. because it’s unlike any other food business. It all starts with our central kitchen where chefs prepare meals efficiently and allow us to price our menu according to what each community can afford. Our ready-to-eat meals are then delivered through a variety of channels: grab-and-go storefronts, home delivered subscriptions, SmartFridges vending machines and institutional food service partnerships. We’re passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve through food access, as well as economic empowerment. Through our pioneering social equity franchise program, we fund and train disenfranchised entrepreneurs from marginalized communities to open Everytable franchises. We’re looking for team members who are both mission and results driven to help us make the world a more equitable place.

    Everytable is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with the drive and confidence to truly own the brand’s social presence and drive business objectives across all our digital media channels. Our ideal candidate is a natural visual storyteller, a data-driven marketer and relentless in staying on top of the latest social marketing trends. This is a position for a highly-organized, dependable self-starter who is committed to food justice and is passionate about our mission.     Key Result Areas: (% weighted in accordance of importance) Broken down into the following categories:

    Content Creation 30%

    Social Media Calendar Building/Posting 30%

    Engagement 20%

    Partnerships/Collaborations 10%

    Responsibilities

    Lead and execute social media strategy to multiply social following 2x in the next 6-8 months, increase engagement rate up to minimum of 2% and support growth objectives

    Lead efforts to acquire subscription customers (30-50 per week) and drive qualified leads for Institutional Services team (10-20 per week)

    Own the social media calendar, including planning out content themes for a minimum of month in advance; responsibilities include writing captions, choosing photography and videos and directing photographers/content creators on shot list to build out the calendar

    Take photos and create videos to build out social calendar as needed.

    Help manage external creative resources on projects, including photo shoots, video shoots, etc. and work closely with Creative Marketing Manager on needed graphics.

    Help to refine Everytable brand voice and content strategy specific to each social channel.

    Achieve 100% response/engagement rate on all guest messages questions, comments, within 24 hours; 48 hours if weekend inquiry.

    Develop strategy for finding/following/engaging with existing customer and potential new customer in the communities we serve and across greater LA.

    Follow and engage with like-minded organizations, businesses, and influencers to build network of mission-aligned connections.

    Manage cross-promotions with partners and influencers, in collaboration with Community Manager

    Manage digital listings, including Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. for existing and new stores.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field preferred

    3+ years executing social media campaigns, either at an agency or in-house

    Excellent writing and communication skills with very little editing required

    Photography and/or short video, and basic editing skills required

    Passion for social media – you’re the first to know about new trending hashtags, pop culture slag and events that make sense for Everytable to embrace

    Background and passion for the restaurant/food industry is desirable

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture on a tight budget (we all roll up our sleeves and get stuff done!)

    An outgoing, connecting personality capable of educating and inspiring others

    Ability to execute on multiple initiatives/projects with close attention to detail

    Mission-driven

    Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
