Senior / Marketing Manager - Stores | Job Description
Everytable is on a mission to transform the food system to make fresh, nutritious food affordable and accessible to everyone, everywhere. We are a VC-backed social enterprise headquartered in Los Angeles, and after closing our Series B funding round, we’re laying the foundation for rapid national expansion.
Our innovative business model has been featured in The New York Times, CNBC, Shark Tank, Fast Company, Forbes, etc. because it’s unlike any other food business. It all starts with our central kitchen where chefs prepare meals efficiently and allow us to price our menu according to what each community can afford. Our ready-to-eat meals are then delivered through a variety of channels: grab-and-go storefronts, home delivered subscriptions, SmartFridges vending machines and institutional food service partnerships. We’re passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve through food access, as well as economic empowerment. Through our pioneering social equity franchise program, we fund and train disenfranchised entrepreneurs from marginalized communities to open Everytable franchises. We’re looking for team members who are both mission and results driven to help us make the world a more equitable place.
Our team is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Marketing Manager (or Senior Marketing Manager, depending on experience) to help us open 40+ stores in the next two years and ensure that we’re active and visible in all of the communities we serve. While this is a marketing position, the ideal candidate has experience in working closely with retail/restaurant operations teams and franchisees to continuously grow store sales. The position is creative but also highly operational so the right candidate will have excellent project management skills. Importantly, this position will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our social equity franchisees. To start, this is a very hands-on role that will require the building of processes and systems to streamline and automate our marketing playbook for new store openings. The role offers tremendous growth and opportunity to build a local store marketing team as we enter new markets across the country.
