Our multi-channel business includes grab and go Markets, SmartFridges, and a weekly Subscription service, all powered by a central kitchen that produces healthy meals starting at $5.

    The Investor Relations Senior Analyst will be a key player in our growing Finance and Accounting team with compelling career growth opportunities and professional development. This person will be responsible for supporting the company’s Investor Relations activities including creating and presenting a clear and confident message to the investment community on behalf of Everytable.

    This position will operate in a dynamic work environment while acting in accordance with our values and mission. The Treasury & Investor Relations Analyst will also play a key role in Fundraising activities and partner with cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration.     Multiple operational teams

    Key responsibilities include:

    Support development and execution of annual calendar of reporting to Board members, investors and lenders.

    Cap Table management, perform ad hoc waterfall analyses and scenario modeling.

    Manage development of communications to our Board, investors, debt holders and potential investors and lenders including presentations and other communication materials.

    Support major fundraising activities including debt refinancing and equity solicitations. Assist in due diligence and prepare materials for potential investors.

    Participate in the quarterly earnings process, performing analysis of results and developing management discussion and analysis of financial results.

    Monitor industry trends and other market information to support financial forecasts and to inform our fundraising and equity strategies.

    Partner with legal to advise on, draft, and assure accurate messaging in all Board, investor and lender communications.

    Manage investor and debt holder data rooms including regular content updates.

    Compile data for Board meetings and ad hoc requests.

    Develop and execute long term capital structure.

    Partner with the CEO and finance team to manage the capital structure of the company.

    Partner with the legal team to evolve and grow our risk management program.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    3+ years related experience in investor relations, capital markets or other finance activities.

    Quantitative degree with a finance specialization. MBA and/or CFA preferred

    Expert level financial analysis skills and significant experience in financial communication to the investor and capital markets communities.

    Experience and/or understanding of Cap Table management, option grants and waterfalls.

    Passion for building Investor Relations function, and strong familiarity with the processes and systems leveraged in best-in-class investor relations departments

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with an Executive team

    Ability to make recommendations and influence decision makers throughout the organization

    Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

    Advanced Excel and financial modeling

    Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations

    Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects

    Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
