Everytable Senior Store Managers oversee two stores and are responsible for the teams, operations and favorable financial results at both locations. Senior Store Managers must have mastered running a profitable business, developing their team members and store leads, being an enthusiastic brand ambassador, driving our high standards, and living our culture.
Your Impact on the MissionResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee two teams of Store Leads and Team Members
Create a culture of excellence in operations and hospitality in accordance with our values and processes
Manage and oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including but not limited to:
Projecting sales and ordering all goods
Opening and closing the store
Maintaining and cleaning the facility and equipment
Employee, guest and food safety
Handling cash, managing daily and weekly deposits and reconciling cash on hand
Scheduling and timekeeping in accordance with state and federal laws
Overseeing fulfillment of bulk/catering/subscription orders
Hiring, scheduling, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees
Reporting
Sustain the KPIs that are needed to ensure profitability and sustainability of the store.

Waste targets
Discounts
Operating expenses
Meet deadlines and complete deliverables according to daily and weekly deliverable schedule set by the District Manager
Manage labor, supply, consumable and paper goods monthly and year budgets
Maintain positive guest reviews online
Manage in-store implementation of all Everytable operational and marketing programs, communications and initiatives.
Respond adeptly to customer requests, comments, and concerns
Lead and participate in training and development initiatives and projects
Manage inventory of all perishable and shelf-stable goods
Ensure end of month inventory is completed accurately each month
Address equipment and maintenance issues and any repairs needed promptly
Uphold all company Policies and Procedures as well as California Health Department standards.
Train the teams on new product launches, operational procedures, and other initiatives
Lead, mentor and motivate team regarding all aspects of leadership and
expectations through:
Consistent and continual feedback and accountability
Promoting a sense of ownership and delegation
Motivate and inspire the store team through a strong store presence and consistently leading by example
Team involvement and planning
Plan and conduct any all store staff meetings and trainings
Partner with DM in performance evaluations and setting goals, with timely follow up, in order to ensure employee development
Facilitate hiring and recruiting; actively attracting and retaining talent
Other duties and projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table
Proficiency in G-Suite: GMail, Google Sheets, Forms and Docs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of employee retention and development
Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple retail sales locations
Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees
Displays detailed knowledge of all key food handling/food safety procedures
Ability to accommodate the likelihood of a variable work schedule from week to week, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc. as required
Coffee/barista experience preferred, not required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or Hospitality/Restaurant Management: 3-5 years
Authorization to work in the US
Must have reliable transportation to work and a valid Driver’s license in good standing, as frequent weekly travel is involved.
A valid California Food Handler’s Card
Fluency in English. Proficiency in conversational Spanish preferred, but not required.
Essential Functions
Ability to enter data into the computer
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
Regular communication with team members, leadership and guests
Some carrying, reaching, moving, lifting and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Constantly monitors retail food temperatures and determines if products are up to all standards
Hand dexterity, and eye and hand coordination critical
Must be able to work in a fast, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures
