    In addition to Everytable storefronts that are located in both under-served and more affluent communities, we recently launched a SmartFridge business line so that offices and campuses can offer affordable, healthy, delicious meals and snacks onsite to their employees and students. We also offer home subscription service for our meals.

    The Role:We are looking for a talented Fulfillment Operations Manager to join our team near downtown LA and provide creative and efficient coordination for multiple business channels. This is a position for a highly-organized, outgoing, technically-proficient, dependable self-starter who is passionate about the Everytable brand and who is familiar with last-mile logistics.The Fulfillment Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Fulfillment while also interacting with various levels of leadership within the organization. You will support the day-to-day delivery activities within the Los Angeles region while also responsible for various administrative tasks that support the company’s overall goals. You will be wearing many hats in this role and have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of food & beverage logistics for a growing mission-based organization. As a Fulfillment Operations Manager, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

    • Drive fulfillment goals by implementing best practices for the packers and loading team.• Utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload ensuring all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery and service standards. • Review all fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve. • Create a scheduling plan in partnership with the Director of Fulfillment based off of monthly and weekly fulfillment business workload. • Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency. • Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work. • Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations. • Lead team onboarding and learning. • Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all fulfillment processes. • Close knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences. • Work a schedule that aligns with the business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked. • If applicable, as a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes. • Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment. • All other duties based on business needs.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years in Fulfillment Operations Management• 1-2 years in food and beverage (desired)• Manage and hold others accountable • Learn and adapt to current technology needs • Work independently and as part of a team • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently • Effective communication skills

    • Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record (10 years of driving experience preferred)• Comfortable driving a large box truck (26’) or 2-3 years in a picking, packing, or order fulfillment role. • Knowledge of safety procedures (e.g, DOT and OSHA) and applicable transportation laws• Strong verbal and written/e-mail communication skills; English fluency and literacy• Strong time management skills and able to work autonomously• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods• Attention to detail
