If you’re an outstanding sales professional interested in leveraging your sales talents in a role that gives you greater freedom, flexibility, control, and much greater earning potential, consider joining our top-performing sales team. $34,000 base salary plus competitive commission rates leading to a healthy six-figure salary Responsibilities: A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Decisive and proactive in the sales process You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $34,000 base salary plus commission
