    JOB SUMMARY:

    Unique opportunity to launch your career in sales with a fast-growing SaaS company redefining the payment industry. Everyware is looking for a SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join as an integral part of the sales team. This role requires someone with experience developing and executing on proven sales processes and methodologies that expand the customer base and deliver revenue growth within target markets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with discovering and closing new business and project confidence and passion when presenting solutions to customers focusing on value over costs. Must be highly motivated, problem solver, customer-focused, and a continuous learner to succeed at Everyware. This role reports directly to the company Chief Operating Officer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Penetrate target markets such as Medical Billing Software Vendors, Providers & Pharmacy Software Vendors
    • Effectively manage entire sales cycle using proven methodologies and best practices
    • Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities through outbound efforts that support short and long-term objectives
    • Analyze prospects’ needs and tailor outreach accordingly
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
    • Suggest improvements to sales processes as needed, implement improvements, and track the impact of these changes
    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally to drive new business
    • Sell wide and deep into accounts by identifying customer needs and opportunities where Everyware products and services will add value
    • Deliver and execute presentations and proposals with passion and confidence
    • Increase Everyware visibility in the industry by attending networking events, using social media, referrals, etc.
    • Meticulously keep track of sales and data in CRM
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and become a subject matter expert on the challenges we help customers overcome
    • Work collaboratively across teams including Product Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to consistently improve customer retention

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 3 + years B2B sales or account management experience
    • Minimum of 3 + years relevant experience in an inside sales role, (Preferably SaaS or software)
    • Experience selling into the Healthcare market a plus
    • Experience using a CRM, latest sales tools, and techniques
    • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of sales success
    • Strong cold call experience
    • Experience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
    • Strong business acumen, and ability to have business conversations at all levels
    • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Meticulous organization and time management skills

    LOCATION: Remote based out of downtown Austin, TX 78701

    TRAVEL REQUIRED: 25% travel will be required once it is safe and feasible to do so.
