    POSITION

    The Customer Success Administrator is a support role comprising of execution of tasks for pre-activation activities and enhancing the tracking of our activities in our property onboarding process. This person will communicate directly and indirectly with residents and property managers through a variety of mediums including writing emails, phone communication, and in-person activities and events. 

    The ideal person for this position provides outstanding customer service, is comfortable communicating with customers on the phone, via email and in-person, has the ability to develop and manage relationships with property managers and other decision-makers for properties we service, can handle a fast-paced atmosphere, is technically proficient in Microsoft Office, and thrives by being hands-on. A background in marketing or any experience at a marketing agency or company is strongly preferred.

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work under the direction of the Customer Success Manager to facilitate successful execution of various tasks throughout the new property onboarding process and managing projects and tasks in our project management tool.
    • Develop relationships with property managers at new building activations and execution of marketing tactics. 
    • Draft and convey written notices and other onboarding communications to property managers and other marketing contacts.
    • Update and manage the CRM process for all new properties as the information is collected, including updating contact information for property managers and other marketing contacts. Update and manage our project management tool and communicate effectively internally.
    • Coordinate, plan and host lobby table events to drive new building customer subscriptions.
    • Drive subscriptions at properties throughout the activation process by developing relationships with property managers and other property staff members, ensuring staff members have accurate and updated information about our services, and identifying opportunities to exhibit marketing collateral, digital advertisements and billboards.
    • Continuously improve marketing collateral to ensure we are delivering a clear and concise message to all potential subscribers.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns specific to new properties being onboarded.
    • Coordinate and assist with all marketing efforts via direct mail, email, digital platforms, and social media.
