We currently have offices in Texas, California, and Arizona, along with servicing clients in a dozen other states. We are actively recruiting for Management and Business Development professionals for our Austin and Houston locations.

Play an important role within the Evins organization in an Operations/Staffing Supervisor/Account Management role. This fast-paced, team-focused, and dynamic position is responsible for Client development/Sales and coordinating the recruiting, and hiring efforts for key employers in Texas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Collaborate with management to close deals, and build lifetime customers by determining staffing needs and developing effective recruiting strategies.
• Lead and train a successful team of recruiters or business development professionals, delivering exceptional customer service, providing consistent high-quality candidates, effectively communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to meet recruitment goals and performance metrics.
• Ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly recruitment process, work closely with client companies, serving as an integral partner in managing and growing recruiting activities and building stronger client-candidate relationships.
• Drive, engage and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives, problem-solving and contribute to the overall growth and success of Evins.

WHO WE NEED:

• Experience in managing sales, staffing, recruiting organization teams preferred. Will consider other relevant experience. General Staffing, Medical Staffing or Medical Services experience is a PLUS!
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, multi-tasking, project management and creativity in rapidly changing work environments a plus. Demonstrate strong management and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with Avionte, Microsoft Office, CRM's, G-Suite/Google Docs, electronic media and other data management and staffing scheduling systems is helpful.
• Success in using new web-based technologies and resources to source, recruit, promote and market job opportunities.
• Associate Degree or Higher Preferred; Minimum of two years of more work experience as a Staffing/Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar professional relevant role.
