    We are growing and are implementing a business development team that will work with national, Fortune 1000 clients, targeting information technology services and products across different client domains. We will train qualified candidates to learn a variety of skills from sales and marketing to management and mentorship. Successful candidates will bring their experience and ambition to implement industry best practices and launch pilot program that can scale up to support their own, growing team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Cold calling to new business prospects
    • Email, web, social media campaigns to new business prospects
    • Conducting industry and account-level research
    • Lead campaign automation and continuous improvement efforts
    • Prepare marketing and sales strategies alongside our marketing and sales managers
    • Developing strong leadership, sales, and interpersonal skills
    • Recruiting and mentoring new team members

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ year BDR (or equivalent sales / marketing) experience, particularly in software markets, with a strong record of success
    • Experience utilizing HubSpot, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Outreach (or other leading CRM & sales development platforms) to prospect in to accounts
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills through different forms of communication and able to follow up accordingly
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
    • Ability to learn new market leading software systems (Pega, Salesforce, SharePoint, Etc.)
