JOB TITLE: PEGA SYSTEMS ARCHITECT (CSA) LOCATION: PHILADELPHIA, PA DURATION: FULLTIME/LONG TERM

JOB SUMMARY/ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work on Application using PEGA PRPC – 6.x, 7.x, SOAP/REST, XML, Oracle etc. • Design and Code new technical features in Product. • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices. • Implement and follow agile/scrum processes. • Responsible for Performance and Code Quality. • Implement/Improve automation (in Code, Test, Deployment). • Support QA processes and deployments. • Adhere and Deliver the duties as assigned by supervisor • Should be able to lead and mentor the junior team members.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: • 5+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience. • 3+ years of experience of designing and developing Pega PRPC Applications. • Pega PRPC 6.2 or higher platform experience is a must. • Expertise in design, development, and implementation of process-based solutions and Business Rules • Experience with object-oriented analysis and design patterns and techniques • Experience with SOAP/REST services/connectors • CSA Certification

SOFT SKILLS: • Excellent communication skills • Should be self-driven and a team player • Work collaboratively with a willingness to listen and work in the fast-paced challenging environment. • Experience in working with onsite teams. • Creative thinking, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
