    Evolution Management, Inc. is currently searching for well-rounded Organization Development Consultants at both the Junior and Senior levels, with change management and international experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate training, expertise, and significant experience in Change Management, and several additional focus areas including change methodologies and communication, human dynamics, leadership, and team coaching, organizational transformation and restructuring, and strategic planning.

    We also need OD consultants with PMP background and experience.

    Primary Responsibilities

    This position is responsible and accountable for providing a wide breadth and depth of professional level consultative support and thought leadership to EMI clients in the areas of Organization Development (OD), Management, and Coaching.

    Primary consulting responsibilities are carried out by utilizing any combination of assessing, developing, implementing, executing, and evaluating programs, processes, initiatives, strategies, and/or interventions customized to the unique needs of the client.

    Focus areas vary by consultant's areas of expertise and client needs. Consultants may be assigned to multiple client projects at one time. Consultants may collaborate with others as a part of teams to support the delivery of world-class client service. Project work is anticipated to include leadership of large-scale strategic planning efforts.

    Capabilities – Essential Position Requirements

    • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to identify trends, variances, and significant factors that will influence short- and long-term financial and business goals
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including utilizing appropriate spelling, grammar, language, and tone when communicating
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills that promote consulting and working successfully with various levels of management as well as with staff, customers, and vendors to achieve mutual goals
    • Ability to design and facilitate OD interventions
    • Experience with a variety of OD interventions at the individual, small group, large group, and whole system levels
    • Knowledge of self and ability to use self as an intervention
    • Knowledge of and experience with leadership and team development
    • Training design, development, and delivery
    • Ability to research and creatively resolve issues in a win/win manner
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work activities that promote meeting deadlines and company expectations
    • Well-developed knowledge of computer systems, software, and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Project Management skills enabling the development of project plans, coordinating changes, and following project through to completion
    • Flexibility and comfort with working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Experience working internationally is helpful
    • Federal experience is highly preferred
    • High standard of ethics and integrity; ability to competently handle responsibilities
    • Computer literacy includes word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email software, and applications
    • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for math and numbers in order to proof documents, research, and develop proposals
    • Demonstrated skills and abilities to use communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to achieve personal, organization, and client goals
    • Ability to work productively with a moderate level of work-related stress and continuous and/or changing deadlines
    • Ability to travel, generally no more than 10%

    Education and Experience

    For Senior role: 8 years or more of relevant experience

    For Junior role: 2 years or more of relevant experience

    Change management experience for both roles is required

    Relevant experience for both roles includes but is not limited to:

    • External consulting experience
    • Organization development
    • Training and development
    • Human resource management
    • Business management experience in a large firm
    • Executive and management coaching
    • Process consultation

    Four-year degree in business, psychology, human resources, or applicable field

    Master's degree in organization development, industrial/organizational psychology, business, human resources, organization behavior, organization learning, or applicable field preferred
