Job Description

SEEKING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR CEO AT INDEPENDENT RECORD LABEL AND PRODUCTION COMPANY. A thriving entertainment company looking for a skilled Executive asst. to help oversee and market projects, campaigns, and the day-to-day and big picture label operations and projects.

You'll be involved in many different areas of the record label. This is a direct position under the CEO. You will be working directly under the company execs helping to implement their vision. Must be able to both take the lead and take direction.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in record label and/or entertainment marketing, who knows marketing and launching products/ music/ events in the music & entertainment industry. We need a committed professional with amazing project management skills and the ability to thrive in a creative, hard-working but relaxed, fun environment. Don't apply unless you have music business experience at a record label.

You must have 1 or 2 of these skills; social media, marketing, PR

You must be able to manage yourself, multi-task, meet deadlines, and be organized.

Computer savvy/ tech-savvy and Mac proficient.

Must be able to coordinate and/or manage ad campaigns.

Manage email marketing campaigns

Maintaining cohesive brand marketing across all platforms.

Basic graphic design skills are a plus and a good eye for design to make sure all visual marketing campaigns flow.

Ability to work well in teams.

Position starts part-time during training and then goes full-time in the new year.
