Responsibilities:
-Review applications and resumes
-Assist with interviewing and hiring process
-Screen potential employees
-Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
-Maintain interview and hiring records
-Track candidates through the recruiting process
-Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
-Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates'
-Recommend new sources for recruiting candidates
-Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
-Screen candidates
-Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
-Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
Qualifications
-Basic computer skills
-MS Office knowledge
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
-Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong leadership skills
